The community operation of ERYONE Thinker X400 revolves around "building trust with professional users," rather than the general entertainment interaction typical of consumer electronics. Before crowdfunding, the project proactively engaged with core 3D printing communities such as Reddit, Discord, and YouTube, precisely reaching Print Farm operators, Makers, and commercial printing users, establishing product credibility through extensive real-world technical discussions. Simultaneously, the team invited core users to participate in product verification early through a Beta testing program, publicly sharing test feedback and hardware upgrade plans to continuously reduce user concerns about the stability of large-size, high-speed printing. During the crowdfunding process, ERYONE maintained frequent and transparent updates, continuously synchronizing production progress, shipping status, and feature optimizations to alleviate user anxiety about hardware crowdfunding delays and delivery risks. Instead of simply focusing on the "Print Farm," the project continuously reinforced scenarios such as "production efficiency" and "commercial operation," gradually helping users develop an identity as "producers" rather than just "ordinary users." Users in the community share not only unboxing experiences, but also real production content such as multi-machine collaboration, batch printing, commercial orders, and parameter optimization. This has gradually transformed the community into a "lightweight producer community" that combines technical exchange, business education, and user conversion, further enhancing the project's long-term user stickiness and recognition of its commercial value.
